The problem
An owner working across spreadsheets and group chats has to reconstruct what happened before deciding what to do next. Order status, stock changes, staff responsibilities, and cash information become separate conversations.
My contribution
My focus is the product direction and operating experience: connecting everyday workflows, making the next action understandable, and keeping business owners in control of AI-assisted work. This walkthrough covers the publicly presented product design and pilot scope.
The decisions
Organize around the owner’s working day
Separate tools leave the owner to connect orders, inventory, and staff activity manually.
Bring those workflows into one operating view, with alerts and a daily snapshot that help the owner decide where attention is needed.
Put approval between suggestion and action
Delegating business activity to AI still requires accountability.
The product design uses a draft, approval, and execution sequence, supported by permissions and an activity record. Assistance stays reviewable by the owner.
Make staff handoffs explicit
A message in a group chat does not make responsibility or completion clear.
Use assigned tasks, checklists, and visible order stages so the team can see what is next and who is responsible.
Publicly demonstrated product workflows
- 01
Capture the work
Bring orders, stock movements, and staff actions into the operating view.
- 02
Surface what needs attention
Show low-stock and unpaid-order alerts alongside the business snapshot.
- 03
Review the next action
Let the owner approve AI-assisted drafts and task plans before execution.
What you can inspect
A public product experience that explains the connected workflows and invites businesses into an early-access pilot. It provides a concrete view of the product direction and the operating problems being addressed.
Current stage
Early-access pilot onboarding is open. This walkthrough covers the public product design; adoption and business outcomes will be added when verified.
